The Canadian Red Cross Standard First Aid and CPR/AED C (Blended) course meets CSA (Canadian Standards Association) Standard Z1210-17 for Intermediate First Aid. WorkSafeBC accepts this course as equivalent to Intermediate First Aid (formerly Occupational First Aid OFA Level 2).
This is our most popular course package, which includes CPR and choking procedures for adults, children, and infants, as well as basic and comprehensive first aid skills. It is designed for those interested in learning how to respond to a variety of emergencies.

Completion requirements
- 100% participation

- 75% or higher on written examination

Upon completion
- An electronic Canadian Red Cross Standard First Aid and CPR/AED Level C (CSA Std. Z1210-17 – Intermediate) certification, valid for 3 years, will be issued within 2 business days after completing all course requirements.
