Rescheduling Policy

• If you need to reschedule your course, please submit written notice by email (info@intensivecarefirstaid.ca) at least 2 days (48 hours) prior to the course date and time. No fees apply. 

A $35 Rescheduling Fee Applies In The Following Cases:

• Late Notice Reschedule - requests made within 2 days (48 hours) of the course date and time (including illness or personal emergencies)
• Late Participants - participants arriving 20 minutes to 1 hour late to class
• Incomplete Online Component - participants in a Blended Online Learning course who attend class without completing the required online portion

To Reschedule With A Fee:

1. Submit your $35 rescheduling payment online
2. Email us with your new preferred course date
